Member Account:
In order to use the Construction  Business Directory, you must register to open a Member's Account. As part of the registration process, each member will submit his or her email address and select a password. You shall provide the Construction Business Directory with accurate, complete, and updated Account information. Failure to do so shall constitute a breach of this Terms & Conditions, which may result in immediate termination of your Account. You promise you will not (i) select or use the email address of another person with the intent to impersonate that person; (ii) use a name subject to the rights of any other person without authorization; (iii) use an email address that Great Possibilities, in its sole discretion, deems inappropriate or offensive; or (iv) breach any representation, warranty or promise made by you in this Terms and Conditions regarding your Account.

Account Security:
As a registered member, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. It is your sole responsibility to protect your password and not share your password with any one. Therefore, you understand and agree that you shall be liable for any activity performed by anyone using the Construction Business Directory with your email address and password.

As an Advertiser Member you're responsible for:

• Checking that the listing you place links to the correct content on your Web site.



• The Content of the listing you buy. Ads with content that violates these Terms & Conditions or that Great Possibilities, in its sole discretion, deems inappropriate or otherwise objectionable will not be approved for publication.

Conditions of Use:
As a condition of your use of the Construction Business Directory, you warrant to Great Possibilities that you will not use Construction Business Directory for any purpose that is unlawful, or prohibited by these Terms & Conditions or any additional Terms & Conditions (as may be modified from time to time).

In addition, you may not use Construction  to:

• Defame, abuse, harass, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.



• Publish, post, distribute, disseminate or link to any: inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, adult content, nude, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information.



• Link to any sites for marketing, sales or distribution of: firearms, explosives, ammunition, liquor, tobacco products, food that is not packaged or does not comply with all applicable laws for sale to consumers by commercial merchants, pharmaceuticals and controlled substances, counterfeit, pirated or stolen goods, fraudulent goods, any goods or services that infringe or otherwise violate a third party's rights, registered or unregistered securities, goods or services that you cannot legally sell.



• Harvest or otherwise collect information about third parties, including e-mail addresses, without the express consent of such third parties.



• Violate any applicable government laws or regulations.

We may terminate this Agreement and your access to the Construction Business Directory at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Anyone determined by Great Possibilities to have violated these Terms of Use or any Additional Terms may be barred from using Construction Business Directory. In addition, if you violate any of these Terms of Use or Additional Terms (as applicable) you will forfeit all in-kind credits and any other amounts accruing to you (if any) in connection with the Construction Business Directory.
